What everyone asks

Is it really free?
Yes. The office visit and general physical exam are free for new patients. If your pet needs testing, vaccines or treatment, we quote you the price before doing anything.
What should I bring?
The coupon (on your phone or printed) and, if you have them, previous vaccination records. That's it.
Does it cover more than one pet?
The coupon is valid for one new patient. If you have several pets, reach out and we'll work it out.
When does it expire?
90 days from the day you receive it. The exact date is printed on the coupon.
What if the email doesn't arrive?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it's still missing, call us and we'll resend it.
